Corey's Chicken Shack - Williamsburg

We came down for this free trip and saw this restaurant online and decided to go there. OMG the food was fresh and very very tasty! We ordered the 8 piece with two sides. Mac n cheese, collar greens, and we added mash potatoes and gravy. That damn gravy is to die for! The chicken was seasoned and whomever made that Mac n cheese need to be slapped! Lol.... the customer service was great as well. They had a sweet 16 party next door and didn't seem to phase the food and how good it was. We came from Burlington NC and if they had this restaurant there I know we would eat here all the time. Thanks Corey and family. VERY CLEAN PLACE AT THAT. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!! MIGHT SEE US TOMORROW IJS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

The hospitality and friendliness of the owners and staff really in mind that your eating amongst your family on a Sunday afternoon. Food cooked fresh, and the brunch buffet? Breakfast food, and Pig feet, Fish, Turkey wings, pork chops, meat loaf, collards Mac Cheese…..

Had catfish and fried chicken.Both needed more seasoning. Didn't get the southern vibe.Sides were Mac and cheese and Yams tasted like they were from cans. They weren't homemade. Not what I expected.

Awesome family run place. Cornbread and Mac cheese were the best I've ever had. Season of chicken breading is absorbed through the meat. Great place, will definitely visit again!

We decided to give this a try last night and we were NOT disappointed!! WE WILL be back again! Food was amazing. We took some corn cake to go. I highly recommend!!
