Rocco's Smokehouse Grill

Fantastic barbecue restaurant, great selection of barbecued, smoked meats.

Rocco’s was really good. Visited the restaurant on our visit to Williamsburg. Food was delicious and abundant. Navon, our server was outstanding, attentive, and very personable!

This was nowhere near the top of my dining lost with multiple historical options nearby....it was close to my hotel so gave it a shot and you should too. Ribs were crazy good, nice char and fell off the bone. I was honestly pleasantly surprised.

Got take out while on vacation, brisket was like a skirt steak and extremely chewy. I had 1/2 rack of ribs which were almost burnt outside and like jerky. Mix that with the dryness and a prefect trifecta of terrible. We also got dessert (Choc cake and carrot cake), both tasted old and nothing fresh about it. Utterly disappointed and would NOT recommend this at all

The barbecue is good if you've never had southern barbecue, but if you have like me, it was decent. It was semi-tough and I thought some bits were a bit too dry but the amazing smoked wings made up for it. Those were some of the best wings I've ever had. The service was fantastic as well as the vibe of the restaurant. I would still recommend it and checking it out.
