Soi 57 - Willagee Australia

Surprised with the quality of the food from this place which is in a food court. The laksa was so flavoursome and had just the right amount of chilli kick...I slurped the whole bowl despite being full. The chicken in it was cooked to perfection with large generous chucks and super moist. My only negative is that they could of added some veggies to it. Aside from that, loved it. My partner’s crispy chicken was also tasty and liked the option of getting the papaya salad on the side. Would come back.

I really enjoyed the food here at Soi 57. We ordered the Vegetarian Khao Soi and Half and Half Thai crispy chicken and steamed chicken rice. The crispy chicken reminded me of the chicken rice i had in Chiang Mai. Just delicious. The steamed chicken looked dry but it was very moist and cooked perfectly. The Khao Soi was creamy and tasty. Very generous portion of noodles and loved that they also garnished the dish with deep fried noodles on the top too. Lots of great textures and flavours!

Got the northern Thai chicken laksa delivered from this place for lunch one weekday! The noodles, soup and crispy noodles were packaged separately which prevented them from over cooking and getting soggy during the time it took to be delivered to my place. The broth was creamy and delicious, which paired so well with the egg noodles. Crispy noodles added a good texture along with the pickles. Definitely would get this again!
