Wendy's - Wilkes-Barre

They consistently get orders wrong. The worst thing was recycling fries and chicken nuggets. I stood there, after touching my fries, and watched them throw the fries and nuggets back into the pile they were serving from. Manager called an employee dummy and told them to clean something. I was appalled at they're lack of respect for the food they serve, their employees and the customers

There was a total of like 4 people there at around 4 o'clock. Kinda dead and the food was decent like any other WendysFood: 3/5

I went to this Wendy's on Kidder St today in Wilkes Barre. I don't usually write reviews but felt I should write this one cause it was very upsetting. I made an order at the drive thru and my 14 year old decided to want something else after I said I was done with my order. I tried to get the ladies attention at the speaker and she did not answer me. I then proceeded to the window n when she opened the window I asked to add 2 more things to my order i would be fine with waiting. She proceeded to close the window and started rubbing her face like I did the most worst possible thing. She opened the window with what appeared to be annoyance n asked me when I wanted. I told her she closed window and turn her back to me n told the employees what I wanted and started what seemed to be angrily tapping on her screen the additions Tomy order. I never felt so mortified in my life and that is saying something. I therefore left without waiting or paying for my order. I will never go back to that Wendy's again. I am now going to burger king. All this happened within the last I say maybe 30 minutes from the time I have now typed this review. I feel Wendy's needs to do a reevaluation of this Wendy's.

Yet another Wyoming Valley Wendy's that is poor at best. Understandably understaffed in today's work climate, but the workers that are there have no sense of urgency. Management presence is negligible. Workers joking around, on their cell phones all while there is a lobby of customers at the counter and drive thru busy. This is not a well run establishment.

My fries were cold . My chicken sandwich was plain no cheese no lettuce nothing! Just a chicken pattie in between dry bread! My frosty was melted was afraid to even try it) I will never even spend another cent in that place.
