The Tavern - Widnes

I had a lovely afternoon at this restaurant. The staff was attentive, and the sandwiches and cake were delicious and fresh, with high-quality ingredients. The prices were reasonable, making it great value for money. I will definitely be returning to this excellent restaurant with a wonderful ambiance.

After living here for 8 years, I can't believe we've never tried this restaurant before. I thought it might be just a typical, average place, but it turned out to be really good. We started with scallops and then had beef fillet kebabs, both of which were delicious. The food was well-prepared and a great value. I would definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with a tent set up for a birthday dinner buffet. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The singer was fantastic and also very personable.

On Sunday everything was roasted. it was absolutely amazing. I was in old age. roasted potatoes were beautiful. very recommended
