Die Windpomp - White River

I had a really disappointing experience during both of my visits. First of all, the food was served cold, and they were out of several items on the menu. The bartender seemed to be drinking as much as the patrons. The music was awful—it kept skipping and never stayed on one song for long. Overall, this is the worst I've seen Windpomp since it changed hands multiple times. I feel bad for the staff; they've mentioned that the place is supposed to stay open, but they can't seem to clarify what time they actually open, especially since it looks like they’re keeping odd hours. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5 for its quality and flavor. The service was also top-notch, receiving a 5 for its efficiency and friendliness. Even though I enjoyed my meal at home, the atmosphere is clearly inviting and well thought out, deserving another perfect score of 5. If you're looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend trying their pizza. You won’t be disappointed!
