Caramba Restaurant - Whistler

I absolutely loved it! Although I couldn’t have the spaghetti and meatballs (crumbs in the meatballs) or the Mac and Cheese (flour in the sauce) I ended up getting the pesto pasta with chicken and it was to die for! To steer clear I wouldn’t recommend the pizza as it is cooked in the same wood oven. Waitress was super knowledgeable and chefs were great!

They have items marked as gf on the menu. I had caramba chopped salad with chicken. It was delicious, and I didn’t get sick.

The waitress was helpful and checked with the cook what options were celiac friendly. Unfortunately, the cook said that only the gluten-free pasta was guaranteed not to have cross contamination. That was a big disappointment, given that the menu shows many gluten-free options (including the pizzas). They charge extra for the gluten-free pasta and I didn't find it tasty. Not worth the money. I wouldn't go back there.

I didnt get sick so its goid. I got the calamari. Aioli was too spicy so i only just tried it once. excellent food though.
