I just wanted to let you guys know what a wonderful store manager you have at your wheeling, IL location. Today I was having a very tough day and was on edge but he made sure to take care of me and ensure that I get the sandwich the way I wanted. I apologized for being a bit frustrated with his crew as my grandmother just died this morning. His compassion grew to a whole other level and he comped my lunch. It was over the top but allowed me to feel the humanity in the world. He deserves all his praises because there aren’t that many out there like him. Forgive me but I didn’t catch his name.
