Little Caesars Pizza - Wheeling

Ordered a pizza, crazy bred and dip on the wheeling Cesar’s pizza website. Clicked on delivery. We were handed the pizza and a bag from the driver. Our crazy bread was not included. The driver said the store did not give it to him. The driver did not speak English and we had to translate the text. We reached out to the store and were told by the mgr who said his name was Tom ? that we needed to call door day as we ordered from them. We ordered directly on the wheeling store website. When we called the number we were emailed it was answered as Cesar pizza delivery. The mgr said it was t his problem he could t call the driver. We’d have to go pick up the crazy bread. He also would t credit us for the bread. I asked him why if we ordered 5 pizzas and they only gave the driver 1 pizza, would that also be our problem? The answer was yes, he couldn’t have the bread delivered, couldn’t credit us. I will never buy from this store again. Rude and horrible service.

I call and no answer…I asked for well done, not even close! Ordered online, no orders came through…are you kidding me?!

Good for quick pizza, not the best pizza but it's fast and cheap. Decent for the price.
