Little Caesars Pizza - Wheeling

What a joke. Was told 20 minutes for my order. No problem. 30 minutes later, they must revoke my order because they gave my order to someone else. I'm sorry. Don't come back to this place.

Today, on 10/20/2022, I decided to give it another try. Joaquin was at the register again, and when it was my turn, I politely asked for a lunch box combo with half pepperoni and half sausage. He told me that wasn't possible. So, I requested a pepperoni lunch box and asked if they could make it fresh. Joaquin assured me that the ones they had were made fresh, but then stated it would take 20 minutes to prepare a new one. I knew it wouldn't actually take that long to make a fresh one, so I decided to leave. Your business really needs to improve on having friendlier employees.

I got cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. Pepperoni was fine but the cheese pizza was dried and burnt as black, tasted like I ate the leftover pizza from the day before. Also the crust was as hard as a rock. Very disappointed. Wasted my money and time.

Do not eat pizza from Little Caesars if you are vegetarian and think you are getting vegetarian pizza. I had ordered veggie pizzas and it had pieces of sausage in it, see pictures. I was disgusted to find sausage in my pizza as I don?t eat pork for religious reasons. No Thank You. No Thank You, never again from any Little Caesars. Little Caesars never contacted or apologized me for this.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed a large delivery order on Friday, September 23rd, and the driver forgot to bring the entire Crazy Bread we ordered, which was four orders! I called a few days later, and they said I could get the Crazy Bread, but I would have to return it. I wanted to call back when I could pick up the four orders of Crazy Bread. I called again tonight, and they refused to fulfill the Crazy Bread order, insisting that I must come in tomorrow to speak with a manager. This company is terrible and seems to have no regard for its customers. They sell low-quality food, and that's the only reason they're still in business.
