I was extremely disappointed. We had a confirmed appointment. We arrived a At they still hadn’t seated the reservations. They told me there were a lot of people ahead of us. I asked what was the point of a reservation? They didn’t seem to care. I was very embarrassed since I had a special night planned for my Valentine’s Day date. I will never go there again

I had the appetizer sashimi and after eating the I ahi tuna piece I got sick

Family gettogether. Love that it was quiet enough for us to talk. Food was awesome. A bit slow, but otherwise great experience

Really poor service resulting from a lack of staffing during peak hours. E.g., ordered drinks multiple times throughout our meal — we didn’t get anything until last five minutes of our hour meal

We visited Sushi Ukai tonight on Christmas Eve Eve for our family dinner and we all loved it! The food was fantastic and service was excellent as well! We will definitely be back
