Casey's - Wheatfield

My kids enjoy the pizza, and I don’t think it’s too bad myself. We did get sausage on our taco pizza instead of beef, which wasn’t very good. Unfortunately, the employees often seem unhappy and unfriendly. There are a couple of nice ones, but overall, the atmosphere isn’t the most welcoming. After giving it another try, I found the pizza disappointing again. The pepperoni was overly greasy, and the brisket pizza turned out to be a huge, sloppy mess. I don't think I'll be returning to spend any more money here.

Every day, without fail, I visit the Wheatfield Casey's for a Stok coffee. There's a wonderfully kind and friendly lady who works there—I'm not sure of her name, unfortunately—who always makes sure to replenish the coffee when it's running low. Today, the half and half was out, and she promptly went to replace it so I could enjoy my coffee with it. I struggle with anxiety, so approaching the staff to mention that something is missing is a challenge for me. She truly makes me feel welcome.

The ordering situation during dinner time is chaotic, and often there's just one person working, which puts a lot of stress on them since they don't have any help. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here until there is consistent assistance for the person in the kitchen. Casey's really needs to be more considerate of their staff, especially at the Wheatfields location. I won't be placing any more orders until they can provide more support in the kitchen. I refuse to add to the stress of someone who is already handling everything on their own! Casey's, you need to address this issue because I will be sharing my concerns about your poor working conditions.

I come here all the time every time I order pizza they tell me 30-35 mins which is long as it is and it usually ends up being 45-50mins. Always show up when they say it will be done and it's never done in time.

This is definitely the worst casey's I've been to. Normally casey's is a nice gas station to stop at get a snack and a drink usually at a good price too. They also tend to be clean and with nice staff. The kitchen staff were rude when I came through late one night and wanted a pizza they said 45 minute wait that's insane a normal casey's wait would be like 15 minutes. I didn't seem to be the only person who had this issue. then when I showed up to get my order it wasn't ready yet and I was told another 30 minutes I just cancelled the order.
