Rooster's Chicken Waffles-wethersfield

Worse take out I have ever had. Chicken was limp and cold. No crisp at all (this is fried chicken! . Mac and cheese was seasoned very oddly and was disgusting. Fried were so big and starchy, also cold and limp. I had to throw it away. It was a total waste of money. Never again.

Ordered carry out for dinner online. We ordered the waffle sandwich and rooster fries. Paid for and everything and wasn’t told until my fiancé went to pick it up that they were out of waffles and rooster fries. The restaurant should’ve called with an update that an item is out instead of waiting until the order is ready to be picked up. Disappointed in how this was handled. And not for nothing but how do you run out of one of the main food items you advertise waffles!

Never going back here ordered online got there he said he couldnt get orders online even tho it took our money on the order. So i get there an tell him what i got a 20pc boneless golden bbq an sweet j So he said okay 20 mins it will be ready so i have to go to my car an wait another 20 mins. So after 20 mins i go back in and he gives me 20 plain pieces of chicken with no sauce on them so i say where is the sauce? He points to a shelf with tiny containers of sauce an none of the flavors we want so we get a bunch of flavors of sauce anyone could find in there fridge oh and it was almost $40 for all of this LOL. PLACE IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I was very disappointed with the food and service at this restaurant. I ordered 20 boneless wings with golden barbecue and sweet sauce, but when I arrived, the staff seemed to have forgotten about my order. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was served plain fried chicken that tasted like it came from a gas station. Additionally, they were out of the sauces I had requested. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your time at this establishment.
