Silas Deane Dunkin Donuts at 416 Silas Deane Hwy is undoubtedly the very best Dunkin Donuts that I know and go to every single day and I always get my order exactly as I requested. The entire crew is the very very best and they always strive to deliver their very best customer service and excellence in service and quality. There is always the excellent coffees and teas and all flavors and always new flavors and new food items. You always get it the very way that you want it.

Woman at the window rolled her eyes and was very rude when I asked to add on a wake up wrap to my order. There was no line behind me It would have been nicer if she said no or to come in/ drive back around. All the other employees have been really kind but I never want to go back after today lol I'd rather go to Berlin Turnpike where they always get my order wrong than re-encounter her eye roll and rudeness

The two Latina girls working were both very rude and made us wait 10 mins for our coffee until I had to go in and ask, for then our coffee to be waiting on the counter and never brought out to us. Ask the girl why these weren’t getting brought out to us and very rude and nasty goes “we have other customers and very busy”. By far worst Dunkin’ experience ever and will not return to this location.

I came 3 different times to this D&D and all 3 times I got the wrong coffee I couldn't believed they need a manager to be there to make sure the place runs good corporate needs to check on this place.
