We visited this restaurant today 18-10, between 8-9 clock) and had a really terrible experience. both food quality and customer service were extremely venerable. we ordered 2 snacks samosa pav and dahi puri) and their “special” dal chawal. all articles were very disappointing. the Samosa-Pav was very salty and the dal chawal were simply uncooked. we informed the waitress about it and she replaced it with so-called new ones that too uncooked. I guess the chief didn't obey to make a new one, he just messed up the one we sent back with more! we barely ate something because it was cooked, even though we complain. we informed the girl behind the counter about it, but she did not seem to care at all. she said a false suffering with flat face! could not be a better example of bad gas friendship! the participants should have a real feeling of hospitality and responsibility to the customers.
