Olive Garden - Westminster

What a horrible dining experience today was ! Our waitress was absolutely without a doubt the most dazed person on the face of the planet . Should have known when our dink orders were brought out and she placed in front of one person like you had to reach and get your own type of service. Ordered got our soup and salad ... ate waited drinks empty salad bowl empty where's our waitress ???? Who knows oh ya she's sitting at somebody's booth chatting it up . The manager and a runner brings out our food clearly the manager sees we have no drinks we are at this time a little perturbed you could say where's our waitress??? Still hanging out talking to the party at the booth . She finally makes her way the manager tells her refill the drinks these salads and the soup she look at him like WTF you say to me he finally said ILL get the drinks you get salad and bread and soup . She brings just the soup he brings all the drinks . Time passes she walks by as fast as she can several times without acknowledging our party finally I flag down the manager he comes and said what can I help you with I said we are still waiting on salad and bread oh ya by this time he's pissed where's our waitress??? Nobody knows oh have I mentioned it's not busy ?! He brings out the stuff and puts it on our table then she shows up like omg what did I miss he instructs her to get water to the table and when she does she puts it in front of somebody else and proceeded to say in the snarkiest voice ever is that ALL you need ??? Horrible horrible horrible!!! Our bill was 150 and ya she still got a tip but honest to god she shouldn't have I think I will have to refrain from going to this location even though it's close what is service coming to these days do yourself a favor order out and be your own waiter

Was looking for some good Italian and what better than Olive Garden. But when we got here it was less than what I hoped for. Waiting for a table I like to go to the bar for a drink. Not here. Was never waited on. We just stood there. Dirty cups when we finally sat at our table. So I got my phone and looked for another Italian place close by. Carrabbas it was. Our table waiter was nice but was really turned off by the experience. Better customer service and no dirty dishes please.

The whole team of the Westminster unit is great. this Sunday was Darius our server. he was just perfect! what an excellent service! the kerl deserves a promotion. thank you. darius to make our simple late lunch an unforgettable evening.

Really enjoyed the soup salad. I used to go to the O.G. in Boulder and finally stopped in to the Westminster location. Our waitress was very attentive. They serve large entree portions,well at least plenty of pasta.Only couple complaint I have is they ran out of Strawberry cream cake they had advertised and our area seemed really dim lighting.

Sometimes it's really good Other times I wonder what I was thinking. Inconsistent with everything food wise.
