Chipotle Mexican Grill - Westbrook

I’ve been going to this location for years, so I’ve seen it before and after the pandemic hit. The food and service were usually good. As someone who needs accommodations, I really appreciated being able to order through the app. In recent months, mobile ordering hasn’t even been listed as an option for me — for either delivery or take-out. I can see and understand why, now that they’ve returned to accepting orders in-store. After reading other reviews, I’m just not so sure how well their plan was thought through. It’s not the fault of the overworked, underpaid, forward-facing employees, nor is it the fault of consumers who really enjoy the food. It’s all very depressing to watch and I hope things will get better, but I’m not holding my breath.

Found staff to not listen carefully to what you ask for, the tables and drink areas were trashed, they did not have Ice tea made and the brown rice was undercooked (crunchey). Lots of room for improvements at this location.

Used to love this place. Gone way down hill from staffing issues. Corporate needs to fix this. I keep giving second chances but can’t anymore. Randomly closed, food is NOT up to standards (honestly not even sure if they are following food safety , I’ve gotten my order messed up from them (wether missing or incorrect items, or burritos that are folded in a square with the burrito exposed. . Very unfortunate.

Pretty rough...ordered online, lots of things missing from our bowls and a scant amount of everything else. No chips and salsa. No cilantro lime rice (just plain white rice). One leaf of lettuce on top. So bad that we stopped at the grocery store on the way home and bought our own chips and salsa so we'd have enough for dinner. You can only get a refund for missing items by contacting them online or by phone. I used to be a loyal Chipotle customer but sadly think my time with them is done.

No stars giving at all! Went to this location on Sunday 1/1/2023 at around 7pm. What a dump, never seen a restaurant so dirty. All the tables were filthy there was trash on the floor both trash cans were completely full and overflowing especially the one buy the plastic ware there was fruit flys all around that area. The employees all seemed to be on something, the place wasn’t busy at all, I don’t see any reason why this place was such a dump. This place should be shut down, trying hiring people who care or close down before someone gets sick. Worst dinning experience I have ever had. Clearly this place has no manager. You will never catch me in this place again!!
