Bite Into Maine - CAPE ELIZABETH

This is an excellent food truck for enjoying a lobster roll! The size is just right, and the portion of lobster is impressive!

If you find yourself in Maine, visiting this food truck is a must. The line was wrapping around the corner!

The park is lovely. However, I was disappointed with the lobster roll; perhaps my expectations were too high. We ordered both the Maine and the Wasabi versions, but we've enjoyed better ones at other places in Portland. On a positive note, the blueberry soda was delicious. Just a heads up, parking is not free.

I absolutely loved the lobster roll, I chose the Connecticut style Rolla and it was so good. The lobster was fresh and they did not skimp on their portions. Big chunks of lobster and the roll was soft and toasted warm. They pour as much butter as your heart desires before they handed to you. It comes with a wedge of fresh lemon and kettle chips. The chips were crispy and were a perfect compliment to the roll. I also got a whoopie pie but will try that later! It's a must when you visit the lighthouse!

These are the absolute best lobster rolls I’ve ever had!
