Waited 10 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers. Was told they dropped my ticket in the

Placed a mobile order with 5 items. 3 of which were wrong and 1 was completely missing. wasn't during a busy time or anything.

More than once I have visited this establishment and stated that there was a person with allergies and I have stated the sandwiches needed to be made specifically to order. I have also made sure to verify before paying that the order was placed correctly, I have even had the cashier repeat the order back to me. Each time I have had to return the food due to cross contamination from foods that cause allergic reactions. I visited again today for a friend and I had to get out of my car after waiting for so long for 1 single sandwich that was contaminated. I will be contacting corporate to make a formal complaint because I am not going to sit by and allow these people to kill someone because they can't seem to take an extra moment to prevent cross contamination!

Stop by here after my son’s game around 9 p.m. We placed our mobile order. We were the only ones there including drive thru. Then about 5 mins later drive thru becomes busy. After 20 mins waiting, I went inside to see what was going on. I saw they place our bag on the back counter and heard someone say mobile order for #4 is ready. I decided okay I will go back out to my vehicle they will bring it out ASAP. I was out there another 10 minutes, went back inside, finally got one of the employees attention, I asked him if that was mobile order #4 as I pointed to the bag. He said yes. I said I have a 2 hour drive home and we had been waiting 30 minutes for our food, just give me the bag and 2 large cups I will get my drinks so I can get on the road. It was ridiculous.

Waiting ten to 13 minutes in the drive thru at 910 pm for two burgers not cool...???.
