I haven't had the chance to eat there yet, but when I spoke with Candace, she patiently answered all my questions and even guided me through the online menu to cater to my dietary needs. This restaurant was a complete disappointment. I ordered the deluxe seafood platter, but I couldn’t eat it because it was overly greasy. The crab cakes were just reheated in the fryer and soaked in oil. The fries, fish, and shrimp were all cold, and I even found a hair in the coleslaw. I quickly got up and discarded it. The staff seemed to be all teenagers who were more focused on their phones than serving customers. It took me five minutes just to get a drink refill. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty. I definitely won’t be dining there again, especially since this was my second negative experience.
