Contribuiți la feedback2 girls from our office went on lunch break to buy drinks (our Dr was treating us) my peppermint mocha had soooo much peppermint it was like drinking straight essential oil of peppermint. I couldn't leave bcs my lunch was done. Now, Starbucks motto is if it's not made right. We will remake it so I waited went after work explained the situation ONLY ASKED that it be remade, I had the full drink in the starbucks cups everything the short older lady (mid 60s) with very short hair told me No then she proceeded to tell me I needed my receipt. I was TOTAL disbelief! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY AT A STARBUCKS. Eventually one of the younger ladies helped me remade my drink. Definitely will avoid going to this starbucks at all costs! UNBELIEVABLE TREATMENT!
Wrong open close hours. Came here, they were already closed. Waste of my time
We have a bunch of liars at the Starbucks on Miller Parkway! I pulled up at like 657 and wait for someone to order. I look at my phone and pull up after they are done. It’s now 701 pm. I’m told I can’t order cause they close at 7pm. When I explain I was already in line before 7 she says well I cut off the line at 655pm. McExcuse me!!!! You did not I just watched this persons in front of me order. I will never go back to this store location again.
0 starts if I could! I was here a couple days ago and 2 workers decided to have a conversation about how was I about to carry 4 drinks I had ordered. Lady asked the other worker did you tell her we don't have drink carriers? He said no.. then She said how is she going to carry them? Dude said honesty I don't care! When costumers come here and order Alot I don't even let them know we don't have carriers. So don't go here they obviously don't like costumers.
I believe the most disrespectful thing a restaurant can do in the customer service industry is to ignore the next customer waiting to be served while they finish up with the current customer. A simple acknowledgement, like saying "I'll be with you in a moment," is better than complete silence.
