Hong Kong Chinese - West Melbourne

This place is great. The guy that takes the orders is awesome at his job, on busy nights they do run out of food which stinks but hasn't bothered me. Its not my favorite in the world but i do get exactly what i would expect when ordering from here, a quick and easy dinner in 15 minutes or less : Typically takes them 10 minutes for an order for 4. I like to get the sesame chicken, chicken friend rice and pork lo mein.

I finished a call with an employee. I asked for an order of rice and fried chicken but he refused the order. He said the person before you just finished ordering the last of our chicken.... it 's dinner time 7:15pm and they ran out of chicken mid week? Unprofessional. He barely apologizes and explains that the place they purchase their chicken from is closed....I don 't trust the idea of that. This place is sketchy and wont be eating from me here at all.

Veggie lo mein, veggie fried rice, and veggie egg roll were very good. Service was fast and friendly. Glad I got take out because the a/c wasn't working and it was hot in there.

The girl who took my order on the phone (Joyce) was very nice. My order was accurate and tasty. I recommend this place!!

I don't care for the rice but they make good steamed dumplings and Singapore noodles. Those are the only things I get.
