Arby's - West Melbourne

Horrible! Complete waste of money. I like Arbys but this is disgusting and disappointing.Looks and taste like it spent several hours under a heat lamp

Completely ignored my order and did not package anything correct. I ordered two sandwiches, a medium drink and a side salad. What I got was a bowl of lettuce and a flat, small, incorrect soda. What a total and complete failure!!! Entirely unacceptable!!

I didn 't hate it, but I didn 't love it either. The place was empty and the tables looked like they could have been wiped before we sat. However when you 're hangry you just want to sit and eat. I had to have my shake remade with more coffee added to it because they gave me an incorrect one and lied and said it was the shake I ordered. The second one was the correct one with a completely different taste so that 's how I knew that. Either way they fixed it without arguing with me, but the facial expression that was given to me gave off the vibes of if looks could kill all I 'm saying is do it right or don 't do it at all. If you 're wrong then you 're wrong, unless you own up and fix it. They did but could have done it without the demonic looks.

They gave the driver 2 deliveries, first one passed my restaurant. So it was completely cold and melted when I got it an hour after being picked up. Not the drivers fault at all
