Arrived at T3 heathrow on new years day and had a lovely soya latte. All the syrups are vegan here. There were a few vegan food options but I haven't tried them yet. Will update when I'm next there. Updated from previous review on 2019-01-02
I enjoyed the coffee and chocolate milk, but explaining that I wanted soy chocolate milk was a bit challenging.
This is not the kind of place I would typically choose to visit, especially being in an airport. However, I decided to give it a try and had a heel cappuccino, a vegan biscuit, and a fruit peel - all of which were quite good. The café also offers some vegan sandwiches that don't look very appealing, and there are better options nearby. Nonetheless, I do appreciate their efforts, as another reviewer mentioned.
I want to commend you for introducing vegan dining options like croissants, etc. I tried the vegan Christmas roasted sandwich, and it was fantastic. However, I have a significant issue with Cafe Nero charging extra for vegan milk. While soy milk is free, customers have to pay an additional 40p for coconut or oat milk, even when ordering a small macchiato. It's really frustrating and seems unfair, especially since Costa and Pret have eliminated these surcharges. I hope Cafe Nero can follow suit and make the changes!
