Taco Bell - West Knoxville

It was the beat up car parked across three spaces while the drive thru was broken for me. And probably a month ago there were cardboard boxes everywhere. Don't get me started on the speed at which they get things out ? This place is a mess that keeps on messin. I only come back cause they make good food!! DoorDash makes it bearable, sucks for the driver though.

They aren't perfect but they put the 7414 Kingston Pike location to shame. It's like night and day difference.

The crew here are very professional. Would recommend this place for sure! Keep up the good work guys

I've got to be honest here. This is my Taco Bell and while everyone is super friendly here and it is clean here...sometimes these orders are completely wrong and even cold. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this experience because they stay busy. Ya all gotta do better about not dumping the food all over the bags too. Wrap it up! And maybe on large orders mark what the burritos are because no one likes touching someone else's food.Vegetarian options: While you have to say no meat or dairy , you could absolutely order from here. They have black beans, pinto beans. Etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, right next to main door

Best taco bell I've been to. All of the staff are very nice ever time I'm there and get the order right Everytime!
