Jackie's Dream - West Knoxville

In Knoxville for few days, it was great to experience a southern meal. The catfish with two sides was awesome. The catfish were two large pieces that were big and fried to perfection. The collards were great as well. The Mac and cheese wasn?t all thatgood. It was baked but still soupy. Baked should be a little drier. The cornbread was good.

We stop by on our way back to Cali from NY. First time here and I can said if we ever pass or come to Tennessee we definitely are stopping here again. Service was great and staff was attentive owner came by to greet us. Food was delicious. We had thefried chicken it was super crispy and tender best part it wasn't greasy as other places I have been to. Collard greens, thegreen, and the cabbage were sweet and tender just yummy. Husband had the meatloaf and it was delicious but he loved the friedchicken and mac cheese best. I recommend to get the fried mushrooms we all felt in love with those they were over the topdelicious and yummy ????

Amazing soul food. The fried chicken is crispy, tasty, and tender. They have great sides including fried green tomatoes with an amazing jam.

When I walk in to Jackie's, I feel like im walking in to family's house. Always greeted with a smile. Jackie comes and talks to us. The food is always great. My goddaughter LOVES the mac n cheese. Those fried green tomatoes, yum!!

It's the kind of place that makes you feel like family. We even met the owner and talked with her for a little bit. Amazing home-cooked food. My turkey and dressing was so good I almost had it eaten before I thought to snap a pic. Some of the bestfried okra I've ever had. Friendly fast service just made everything even better. Great place.
