Starbucks - West Knoxville

I don’t know how anyone can hear caramel Frappuccino and mistake that for caramel macchiato. Red head girl was clueless. Target employee she asked to help her give me a refund didn’t seem much more clued in. Not sure why it’s so hard to pull up the last transaction and give cash back. Sheesh..

Really lovely environment with amazing workers. One of the best Starbucks that I've been to!

If you say you are open until 8pm, then stay open until 8pm. Not 7:30. Step up your game. Do better.

As another review has mentioned, a barista by the name of savana was absolutely phenomenal! She was so nice and made me a scrumptious green iced tea with lemonade, sweetened (highly recommended ? . It was one of the best I've ever had. The service she provided was amazing.
