Rising Roll - West Knoxville

I meet here for lunch with my friend every Monday between classes. Every Monday we faithfully order the chicken cadillac sandwich and split it. My friend does not like honey mustard, but I do. Time and time again we have specially requested on our order through Grubhub, because you can order no other way, to put honey mustard on the side. I think only 3 times this semester they have actually read the request and put honey mustard on the side. The latest time they did, I literally wrote that I was begging them. BEGGING THEM. All in all, they are pretty slow with the orders, but their food is good, and they need to read the special instructions for orders.

Great, fresh food, but the service is really slow and orders are not always right. I waited 23 minutes for a regular latte. 23 minutes is a long time. I tried going up to the counter several times but no one noticed unfortunately. Finally the workers noticed it and kindly made the coffee.

Employees in the morning are extremely rude, food is okay. I just don't enjoy getting screamed at for wanting a croissant at 8 in the morning
