Kefi - West Knoxville

Everything about Kefi is fantastic! Atmosphere is so relaxed. Lighting is just right. Service is excellent! Food is great. Cocktails are phenomenal! Since moving to to this area I'd say this was my most enjoyable restaurant choice.

One of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville. Their lamb souvlaki is especially great, and the old fashioned is one of the best I’ve had.

Five of us went here for dinner. The food was excellent!! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations for main courses and things to share. I highly recommend visiting this place. You will not be disappointed.

The food was wonderful. I ordered lamb and there was a generous number of lamb chops on the plate. The cocktails were amazing. I’d go back just to have another. The Fool’s Gold was yummy! Who would have thought a cocktail with apple cider vinegar would be sooooo delicious! Our friends shared the Roast Chicken (it was a WHOLE chicken) and it was prepared in a water bath. They post to be a Greek style restaurant yet their menu is full of Middle Eastern cuisine. Over priced for the dishes at hand. And they also roll the tax into the total ticket price which is misleading on your bill. The old fashion was good
