Hardee’s - West Knoxville

Two people working. Not very busy. No greeting from the employees. The people in this restaurant seem like this is the last place they wanna be.French fries were cold and withered. The ice machine in the restaurant is non-working.

Monster biscuit is the best fast food breakfast ever invented.

Staff was inattentive and sidetracked was asked multiple times to repeat order while placing the order and aside from that the food was ok not Normal Hardee's standard or what I usually eat from said location (Hardee's) there usually good but this vist not so much

Clean restaurant and food is ok for what it is but the service was terrible. I don't think I have ever felt like such an inconvenience to employees who weren't really all that busy.

Customer service was horrible! Rude and not very helpful. We stopped to dine in after traveling from Florida. I wish we would have kept driving. I ordered a water, and they gave me a bottled water, I said I just wanted it from the fountain machine, she very rudely said do you want your money back and acted as though as I was putting her out. I asked for ketchup for my family of 5 and was given a few packets. Double cheeseburgers were burnt and dry(definitely had been sitting a while). I do not recommend eating here.
