Ashley, Hannah, and Jose are amazing!! First off I was greeted with such joy as I know they were about to close. They still took care of me properly and made me feel very welcome and warm. This is my new spot for sure 10 stars hands down.

Ham and Goody's has been a Knoxville staple for 30 years ..You cannot go wrong eating here... Best of the best ?

As always the lemon cookies were amazing! Muffin was delicious. The coffee was not very good. And the other cookies definitely cannot compete with the lemon cookies!

First time customer. Good food. Friendly staff. Atmosphere is nice. But need to spend time on cleaning. Lot of trash on floor. No soap in men's room dispenser.

I was not very happy when my debt card couldn’t be swiped to pay rather the lady working ask that she manually put it in but said “ I had to read her the numbers on it as well as pin” out loud . I told her I’d rather not but she said “she can’t see those numbers . “This is not a professional way to do business. Get your card reader fixed . Customers should not have to tell their debt card numbers out loud. This is a breach in financial privacy as well as not to mention suspicious.(Cedar Bluff location )Knoxville Tennessee
