I really love the food, but every single time I’ve ordered for a future pickup time, the food is cold by the time I pick it up because they’ve clearly made it the moment I submitted the order instead of waiting until closer to the designated time so the food is fresh when we pick it up. I also pay for extra ranch and it’s about 50/50 when I actually receive it. Very frustrating
