Archers Bbq - West Knoxville

Got the 3 meat sampler with slaw and loaded potato salad. Everything was excellent! Ribs were super tender with a good rub, no need for sauce. The pork was awesome and went perfect with the Carolina Gold and Original sauces. The sides were really good as well… sometimes BBQ joints sides are an afterthought. Not here, the slaw was sweet and crisp and the loaded potato salad tasted like a loaded baked potato. Delicious! I’ll be back.

Very good and staff was super in explaining what they offered. This dog/BBQ combo was great but special is just for August. The jalapeño pimento cheese was excellent.

Delicious, tender brisket. Friendly Staff. Clean tables. Cold beer. Laid back atmosphere. What more do you need from a BBQ place. Found my spot!

I hate trying to find a place to eat when I am on the road but got very lucky finding this spot. From the great welcome walking in the door to the outstanding pulled pork sandwich I had everything was fabulous. Would definitely stop again.
