SUR Restaurant - West Hollywood

Waiter lost my card my friend and I had a few cocktails and the waiter never more card. I spoke to the manager peter who was not in a position to retrieve my card and was not able to provide security material from his man, natalie, who would not be available for another 3 days. the service and management is a diabolical.

Great place to get drinks or eat a bite. we arrived early in the restaurant were allowed to sit at the bar while we waited for our table, demi was our server that she was great! very nice, good check-ups on us great service all around. the goat balls are to die, as well as the strawberry cocktail they have. all three of us have pasta options that they were all delicious. in any case will be visited here again.

Max was the best server, so welcoming and friendly! sur makes delicious cosmos, we also loved the grilled chicken and the goat cheese eggs were phenomenal! I loved the ambiente, the decor gives a boho glam enchanted garden vibe. can't wait to go back!

We had reservations at the arrival we sat right away. the bench was inside with a heated lamp for a beautiful Californian evening. our server was great, a former NYC novice that revolved to trade and menu game was on point as their recommendations were excellent. we met peter who was charming too! eating, drinks and dessert was amazing, especially the smoked cream brûlée and the sticky toffee pudding. I can't say enough about the service in the sur restaurant lounge.

I have been waiting over 7 years to travel here to eat and finally made it and it did not disappoint. The goat cheeseballs were amazing, I could have had just a few orders of them for a meal and been happy. Our table shared some different dishes, the spaghetti was non-traditional and delicious, lasagna was traditional and good and lastly the steak was cooked to perfection. The restaurant décor and atmosphere is to die for. Peter the manager was friendly and checked on our table few times on top of the server who did a great job. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not have picked a better dining experience.
