We hired Delicacy Catering for our wedding of 150 guests, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Keeping prepared food hot without it becoming dry or overcooked for extended periods is a challenge, but these professionals have mastered the art. We chose the chicken in cream sauce, pork with blueberries, root vegetable smash, and two varieties of vegetable sides. Everything was cooked to perfection; the green beans still had a nice crunch, and the pork was incredibly tender. They paid great attention to detail, and our menu accommodated our gluten-free, vegetarian, and guests with soy, nut, and corn allergies. We only had to request two special meals for our vegan guests. Fantastic job, and a heartfelt thank you!

The process of menu selection, scheduling the event, and requesting catering staff onsite couldn't be any easier.Chef Andrey assisted us with pairing our menu selection for this style of event and we could not be happier with the outcome. Chef Andrey and his professional staff took care of all of the setup and placement of the entrees/food stations, serving guests, and took care of the cleanup and breakdown seamlessly.
