Dunkin' - WEST GROVE

I found that placing simple orders, like a regular coffee and a donut, takes a surprisingly long time at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside to order instead. Unfortunately, the staff is mostly young and lacks attentiveness and proper customer service skills. Their greetings are lackluster, they rarely make eye contact, don’t wish customers a good day, and seem to spend more time chatting or on their phones than actually working. Additionally, the inside of the restaurant is not well-maintained; the tables have spilled drinks and crumbs, and the floor hasn’t been swept or cleaned in quite some time. This location really needs better supervision. I’ll be looking for a different place to go.

The staff was friendly, and I bought two iced coffees and donuts for the same price as just two coffees at Starbucks. Overall, a great product!

There's never a good selection of muffins, and it feels like ordering something is more of a hassle than it should be. Additionally, be cautious with the lids; they often aren’t secured properly and seem to be just placed on the cups. I'm thankful that this isn't my usual Dunkin' Donuts.

One of the cleanest DD I have visited. Friendly staff and pleasant. Of course the coffee and donut were good.

The last few times I've gone there they've served burnt tasting coffee. It was nasty, they replaced it with another burnt coffee. Will not be going back to this location again.
