Subway - West Des Moines

As a former employee of this restaurant, I had a negative experience working there due to the manager's mistreatment of staff. The higher-ups did not believe my complaints and instead sided with the manager who spread lies about me. I would not recommend anyone to work at this establishment as they do not provide fair compensation to employees. The management at this restaurant is terrible and staff are likely to be treated poorly.

I am disappointed that Subway has become less popular. I am confused by their menu changes. However, I do appreciate the convenience of having a Subway located in Walmart. It allows me to combine shopping with enjoying a Subway sandwich.

My wife ordered sandwiches and after she placed the order they said the toaster was shut off. The guy said they shut off 20 min prior to close. Then why don?t they just close at 8:40 pm? Why would the guy let us order then tell us after the fact? This ishorrible. I feel scammed and never had an experience like this at a subway. Don?t go here.

I went to this restaurant around 7:30pm on August 10 and had a terrible experience that still upsets me. I was greeted by a lady with a strong accent and asked for a 12-inch Italian BMT on white Italian bread. Despite repeating my order multiple times, she still didn't understand and even laughed with another customer. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused, so I decided to leave. I have been to this restaurant many times before without issues, but this experience was enough to make me lose trust in their service. I ended up going to a different Subway franchise with a more respectful crew.

I was a hired and the manager treated all so badly and the great manager didn't believe me and she believed her and she told her lying about me. for me, I don't prefer to work. they don't even give money to their employees. this load is terrible and they are treated so badly by the managers there.
