Macs Stacks Jordan Creek

I didn't check my order before leaving the restaurant, assuming all would be well as I had never had issues with Bar Louie before. However, upon arriving home, I realized that my sandwiches were not made as expected. I called the restaurant immediately to inform them of the mistake and they offered to remake the sandwiches, but it was close to closing time and I didn't want to inconvenience them. I will follow up with the management to hopefully resolve the issue and recoup some of the $50 I spent on a disappointing dinner.

The mac and cheese at this restaurant is incredibly flavorless and has a terrible texture. How they were able to create such a watery, clumpy cheese sauce is truly baffling to me.

We ordered three dishes from this restaurant and requested no bacon in each one. Unfortunately, every dish we received contained bacon.

To start off, my order was mistakenly swapped with another customer's. It was not a big deal, as mistakes happen. The staff corrected the mistake promptly and even gave me extra food, so I will give them an extra star for their customer service. However, I found the prices to be high for the quality of food I received. The sandwich was just okay for $15, the Mac and cheese was bland and overpriced at nearly $7, and the portion size was too small for the price. The tots were overcooked and greasy. Overall, I was not impressed with the food. It seems like the only redeeming factor of the restaurant is the bar.
