Great Teriyaki - West Des Moines

Me and my boyfriend got food from here last week and i found a long black hair in my food. i got my moment back but after we traveled all the way to the mall (25 mins from home) just for grest teriyaki and i don 't even get to eat it because there 's a hair in it is still very disappointing. i took 2 bites and noticed the hair n my appetite was gone. dude was all rude about it and said it happens well, it shouldn 't.

Not sureWhy but I placed my order and the staff acted like I was not even there. Served other people first who actually came after me even though my chicken was already cooked and done.Not friendly at all. I use to like this place. So sad

Don’t get me wrong, I love the food but these people have no clue how to treat long time customers. The same dude serves me every time and knows I go often. But now he insists on a charging me 50 cents for two tiny 1 cent hot sauce packets. Like honestly dude, I spend an easy $100 bucks here a month and I can’t even get a hot sauce packet with my food. Like that’s ridiculous. Previously they would let me grab 4-5 packets. Which is reasonable because of the amount of food. But now they give you 1 pack and say you have to pay 50 cents for two more. I go here all the time and the food is great, but the cooks are not very nice and do not give equal portions. I had two orders, one with extra rice no veggies, I saw as the guy put two scoops of rice into the one with veggies and proceeded to also put the same amount on the second one with that is supposed to have extra rice.After trying to tell them how I asked for extra rice, they proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for more. So basically I got less for the same price as my other order. I go here a lot and with the amount of rude responses I’ve been getting from the cooks, I think I’ll be limiting my visits.
