Contribuiți la feedbackI used to put myself to the counter for the service today at 12 noon. the man behind the counter, older man with a gray hat ignored me. I waited at least 3 minutes for a greeting that never came, so I went away. I like this shop in the mall and want to frequent there, but there is always something wrong with my order. No matter whether the rude service or the average tasting of food, please train your personal to serve customers better.
I was just there, the chicken sandwich I got was not even finished, no pommes, had to choose chips. and the blurry I got was literally half-melted vanillaeis with keksteig bites, no other effort in them, took 2 bites, threw it in the müll.
Great service and delicious ice cream! The staff are very good to work with.
