Showed up 20 minutes later and they didn't have any food in the oven told me to hold on when I asked to pick up my pizza while they just stood there talking amongst one another. Finally after another five minutes of standing there listening to there b.s. I look up and they are just putting the pizza in. It's been over 25 minutes by this time and they tell me it will be a few more minutes. I went paid for it and sat outside. CMe back in later and the pizza sat there while they talked. They told me to hold on again while they didn't work just sat there and talked about their lives. Finally after telling them 3 times my pizza was sitting there they put it in a box. I asked if they made it the way I ordered it and of course they hadn't. I just asked for my money back. Won't come back here ever. The guy with the tattoos was rude to me when I told him that my order was sitting there while making me wait. Completely unprofessional. Should really find some employees who care about what they are doing. People give you money for a service not to listen to you chat and catch attitude.
I don't know her name but the kitchen worker tonight made awesome pizza. The checkout staff were good too. This Casey's went through a rough spell with lack of staff but they are recovering nicely. Good job everyone!
I try not to complain because I know working for the public can suck. So think of this as just a disappointment and not a complaint...but what is the point of offering subs if we can never get one. I come to this location quite a bit as it is by work....I come for lunch a lot as it is quick. Every time I try to order one, either they claim they aren't staffed enough to be able to make one or like today, I went in 12:42 pm...right during lunch and couldn't get a sub because they were out of bread? How are you out of bread during lunch? They never even gave me a bread option...just told me they were out of bread and it was in the oven...even though you offer more than one type. And it's not just this location.
Tonight, we ordered pizza from the Casey?s website and they have door dash deliver. They delivered the wrong pizza, which I?m not sure who was at fault for this but we understand mistakes happen. What happened following this is what was so disappointing. When I contacted the store, I talked to the woman in the kitchen who was clearly very irritated and annoyed to talk to me. She then gave the manager the phone and he was nice and said we needed to contact DoorDash and then DoorDash would have to contact them to get a refund or reorder. That was fine so we contacted DoorDash and then DoorDash called the store. The woman answered from kitchen, DoorDash began to explain the situation and then apparently when she realized what the call was about she just hung up. DoorDash then tried to call again and conveniently she wouldn?t pick up so nothing was able to be done. Obviously this reflects only one employee from the store, but I can?t believe how blatantly rude and disrespectful she was.
I put in an order online for a pizza. They are apparently out of chicken, which I have no problem with, but they didn't tell me until I got here and asked for my order. I've now been waiting 20 minutes for my replacement. I'm not sure why the app requires you to give a phone number if not to prevent exactly this kind of situation. They also did this to at least two other customers who are also standing around waiting for their orders.
