Most importantly, the bar and wait staff are attentive, energetic, and highly professional. Plus, they’re quite charming! They host Salsa Karaoke nights on Saturday evenings several times a month and also cater to private parties. I dined here as a child 20 years ago, and it still holds a special place in my heart. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. While the atmosphere felt a bit outdated, it was very clean. We were really impressed with the quality of the meal. I ordered the Pad Thai Eugene, and it was delicious.

The cafe is adorned with charming café lights, and greenery decorates the walls and tables, adding to the overall ambiance. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients, and even with a limited kitchen space, the presentations are impressive. Su is incredibly gracious and often offers complimentary mugs of jasmine tea to all guests in her dining area, even to those who have only ordered coffee from Inspired Grounds. My writing group visits Inspired Grounds and Cafe Su bi-monthly, drawn by their friendly, accommodating staff and excellent food and beverages. This spot truly serves a diverse community that seeks space, kindness, and quality food, and it always meets our expectations. Thank you for your wonderful service, Su!
