Subway - West Chester

The last two times I placed online orders at this restaurant, they cancelled my order just before I arrived. I'm going to stop ordering from this place. I don't understand how they are still operating!

The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours on Sundays, but upon arrival, it was closed.

The service is slow and orders are never right. Regina is always mad whenever I walk in and always wants to start fights. Anytime I order online they always screw up the order and anytime I order inside it takes 15 minutes to get one sandwich and I am the only person in the store.

How can the store close while waiting in line? Lock the doors and not serve customers who have been standing in line waiting for a sandwich? You can't lock the doors during lunch hour because your lazy! Refuse to make a sandwich for a person who has been standing in line for 15+ minutes, then refuse to make them a sandwich claiming that you are OUT of everything. Lazy excuse! To lock someone in the store is against FIRE CODE as well! Management needs to address this store and the workers.
