As for the food, we ordered three appetizers, which were overpriced for what they were, but they were decent enough. The worst part of our experience was when I went to the restroom and passed our waitress in the hallway, noticing a terrible, foul odor that was surprisingly coming from the women's restroom. While I'm not blaming the waitress for the smell, it was clear she didn’t address it. Another member of our party had also commented on the unpleasant smell earlier, and it was definitely not from the men's restroom. This odor had clearly been lingering for some time. In summary, it was a mediocre experience—basic drinks, not great value, and an unpleasant smell.

I got food poisoning from the Jax burger! I spent the whole night vomiting. The health department should investigate how long they allow their cooked food to sit before serving it. I went in on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was quite empty, with maybe only ten patrons. After waiting 45 minutes for my meal, I asked the waitress about it, and she went to check in the back. When she returned with my food almost right away, it raised concerns for me—how long had my cooked food been sitting there before it was served?

Her impressive mixology skills, friendly personality, and attentive nature create a memorable experience every time. Start off, service was good and nice. Will not go back for the food or drinks. Everything we ordered was not good or done wrong. The worst thing is I got served undercooked fish with my fish and chips, been feeling sick ever since. First and last time trying this place.Food: 1/5

Ordered a Caesar salad with blackened chicken for $15.50. It was the size of a small side salad and hardly any chicken. Wife and child ordered burgers for $16 $17 apiece and were charged additional $2 for fries. Burgers were small. Very over priced, will not go back. Your management should go to O'briens to compare quantity, quality and price.
