Culver's - Wesley Chapel

I bought a chicken salad from there today! It's great! The meat smelled old! I wasn't happy! The chicken was not completely cut.. Great disappointment.

Good food, but the service I received from Austin Jones was exceptional. He was the shift manager during the visit. He was not only extremely professional and polite, but he trained a new employee very well. He explained things to the new tenant while he did not cause any delay at all. Then I couldn't help but listen to his conversation with the new lease after my order was taken. He was patient and friendly while he ensured that the employee was comfortable with their new position. He's years before his time. It is refreshing to feel welcome and appreciate these days. Austin and his team are top notch. Well done.

My 2 friends (who asked me to join them) loved their chicken sandwich, but I'm vegan. They have absolutely nothing vegan, even their chick pea vegi burger has mixed cheddar cheese in it. I had to bring my own food. I gave it 3 stars because of my friends, but if you are vegan; go somewhere else to eat.

I?ve had better fish in the Midwest locations, my fish sandwich was served on a regular hamburger bun usually it?s served on a hoagie type bun. 2nd visit; the fish dinner is very subpar from where Culver?s originated from in Sauk City, Wisconsin. I will never order Wesley Chapel Culver?s cod fish again. Very disappointing.

It was my 7yo son's birthday yesterday and after the main event he decided to have dinner at Culver. We usually go through the drive thru, but he insisted on eating inside. We were greeted by an employee Will Pratt (I think he was manager). He went beyond and beyond to make our experience great! He was so friendly, attentive and helpful. He made my son so special on his birthday. We will definitely go inside to eat more often! Thank you. Become a great experience!
