Kfc - Welland

I requested to skip the side dish in my order and was given a cookie instead. When I received my order, there was no dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken. I called KFC and the employee just giggled and said it wasn't her fault because she didn't bag my order. They should take responsibility and not expect me to be happy and come back to get the sauces. This is very poor customer service. KFC is the worst! Don't waste your time or money here.

The food was good. but the service was not on the other side. there says they offer curbside pickup as I used when I can't wear masks so I can't enter into the restaurant hexe I understand. but if they bring my food to...I said the coworker, it's not there job to bring me my food, as far as I know that this is part of the board service.

A word. terrible! I would wait until I got my order! very unacceptable! I understand this about pandemic, but that's out of my sight!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I complained to the staff but they just told me to go back to the line. When I tried to contact the main company for a refund, I never heard back. I will never order from them again. The portions were tiny and the food was lacking in flavor. It was a disappointing meal overall.

The chicken lacked flavor and the skin was soggy. The fries tasted old and stale. I am extremely disappointed as this has been my last few experiences. I will never spend money at this place again!
