Dunkin Donuts is definitely underrated. It is a great spot to meet up with friends or get some work done with its free Wi-fi. It's also a perfect place to relax after a tiring day, or to kickstart your morning. As soon as I arrive and smell the coffee, I feel instantly at ease.

I called to see if the restaurant was open for the holidays and was met with a sarcastic and rude response. The staff member was definitely not friendly and I will not be giving them my business in the near future.

If you are looking for cream-filled donuts, this is not the place for you. I tried the new location at Glen Lakes a few times and was disappointed each time by the lack of cream filling. On a good day, you might get a teaspoon's worth. I stopped by today and got a half dozen, and they were not good at all.

We have been going to D.D for years. I have a cup that I purchased from D.D so I can get my refills for $1.05. They told me, "Oh, we don't do that." What the heck! Every D.D I go to does. Very disappointing, won't go there again.
