Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Brooksville

Every item I ordered was excellent. The MANGO MAGIC was the standout—it was incredibly delicious! The TRIPLE BERRY OAT had a bit of a strong flavor, possibly from the vitamins or oats, but it was still very good and exceeded my expectations. The PEANUT BUTTER CUP was absolutely delightful. It was tough to choose a favorite between the MANGO MAGIC and the PEANUT BUTTER CUP. The TRIPLE BERRY OAT would also make a great choice for its added health benefits. I will definitely be ordering again, and the edible straws were a nice touch as well!

I initially ordered the super green chicken Caesar salad, but they mistakenly sent me a chicken Caesar wrap instead, which was just okay. I also tried their new maple sweet potatoes, but they were disappointing. Overall, I would rate this place 3 stars.

I found the quesadilla to be quite disappointing; it was hard and barely filled. I ordered it without chicken, and while it was supposed to include three cheeses, including queso blanco, none were present. I even took a picture to show how empty it was inside. The HUMMUS VEGGIE was acceptable, but it was missing the pepper jack cheese. They cut it in half, and on one side, there was only a tiny bit of hummus left in the last bite, with each half containing just a small piece of tomato. The ingredients were unevenly distributed, with one side having significantly fewer toppings than the other. I haven't tried the BUFFALO CHICKEN wrap yet, but it appears to have all the right ingredients. Unfortunately, this location tends to be hit or miss; there often seems to be at least one missing component from each dish, and usually more. I’m not sure if it’s due to a lack of training or indifference towards quality, but I've never encountered these issues at any other locations.

The maple kissed potatoes were ok..everything else was good.

Madison was such a sweetheart she had so much patience with my mess express she made me feel calm with reminding me it's okay to take my time and being very sweet with my kids, Great friendly-family customer service .
