The experience could have been better. We had a lot of missed opportunities when it came to service while celebrating two birthdays. Our appetizers and entrées arrived at the same time, despite our server suggesting we place the order together. Then, the entrées were brought out again 15 minutes later, but they were the same old dishes and not freshly made. Our server seemed to be lost for quite a while. The ambiance was amazing and intentional, but there were several service issues. The manager, Kenny, was friendly and tried to help at the end, but his efforts felt somewhat lacking. I would recommend going for a cocktail and enjoying the atmosphere, but I would advise against sitting down for a proper meal.

Everything was fantastic, except for the service. The server had a really bad attitude.

I had an absolutely disappointing experience at this restaurant lounge. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with family and friends and create wonderful memories, but it ended up being unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. Our waitress was inattentive, and we didn't receive any food after placing our order. Instead, she brought a menu and suggested we order chicken nuggets, which was frustrating. The drinks were poorly made as well. Overall, it was a very unfortunate way to celebrate my birthday, and I felt embarrassed. I'd rate it a 1 out of 10.

The service was terrible, they can tell everything that wanted to be there, they weren't even busy who took and not their work, they took for ever to come and clean our table over price eating terrible presentation for a 15 dollar desert! it looked like a cup icecream of macdonals you're making me a plastic cup? we were in shock that we felt embarrassing, even happy birthday to sing my sister. we had to go to another restaurant to look for a better dessert for them. amira gave us the worst, I'll never go there again.

This was my first time here with my friends. I originally booked the snow globe but had to be seated inside because of the rain. Inside was very nice, we loved the music. Our service however was the only problem our waiter did not meet our expectations and brought our a lot of wrong items. Other than that we enjoyed our time and would return.
