The flavored water is delicious, but it's definitely not worth the price. However, it's okay to indulge every now and then. The service was excellent and very prompt. Just a heads up, the parking lot can get quite busy during peak times.

July 2023 - 2.5 stars Similar to other Chatime locations, I found the roasted milk tea here to be tasteless and a bit diluted. The ambiance was quite unremarkable too. On the positive side, there is free parking available out front.

The restaurant is located in a fantastic spot, but unfortunately, the staff doesn’t seem to take pleasure in their work. For the past two years, there has always been an excuse for why they can’t make slushes or smoothies. Today it was because of an ice shortage; the last time, they claimed the blender was broken, and prior to that, they said they were just too busy to prepare them. These excuses reveal a deeper issue with their service. As a chain, Chatime should be able to offer their full range of products, yet they consistently fail to do so. Additionally, the staff often appears distracted by their phones, which only hinders the overall efficiency.

Consistently a wonderful experience! I absolutely love their bubble tea! My only problem is that there are so many options to choose from that I can never make up my mind on what to order!

I truly have no problem with staff listening to music while they work; that's entirely their choice. But if you can’t hear me after I’ve repeated myself three times, it’s time to take them out. For example, I asked for no ice in my drink, but guess what? There was ice. I also requested pearls in my milk tea, and there weren't any. The service was just unacceptable—definitely a 0/10. All I'm asking is that you take out your headphones when interacting with customers and put them back in afterward. It’s just simple courtesy. I was really looking forward to enjoying some bubble tea after a long day.
